What is your return policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns but if you have an issue you can always shoot us an email in the 'Contact Us' section and we will try to resolve any issues as best we can!
You can however, cancel an order if the order has not been shipped out by simply emailing us.
Currently, we do not offer tracking for sticker orders.
We are not responsible for any letters/packages lost via USPS/ theft.
When will I receive my order?
If we have the product in hand, we *try* to ship out the same day or the next morning as long as the order is placed before 3pm!
Pre-orders: when the pre-order window closes, the design is sent to our manufacturer and will hopefully arrive to us within 3-6 weeks. Then we pack it up and ship to you!
If you order an item that is in stock along with a pre-ordered item in the same transaction, the items will be sent together when the pre-ordered item comes in. If you need an in stock item delivered right away please make a separate transaction.
What are your pins made out of?
This varies depending on the design. Most pins are iron or zinc alloy.
